From solving a friend's forex struggle to simplifying global payments for thousands, Akansha Goyal built Remiwire, a Delhi-based digital forex platform that makes international transfers transparent, fast, and affordable for students and travellers. What started as empathy evolved into innovation, proving that real problems can lead to real startups.

Based in Delhi, Akansha co-founded RemiWire (Remiwire Forex Services Pvt. Ltd.) in June 2022 after seeing how students abroad struggled with high forex charges and delays. Determined to fix it, she partnered with RBI-authorised dealers and built a digital-first forex platform offering transparent, fast, and affordable currency solutions for students and travelers.

Akansha founded RemiWire to make international payments simple and transparent. Her goal was to solve three major issues: high transfer costs, difficult currency exchange, and complex travel card processes. Built on RBI compliance and focused on student needs, RemiWire offers a fast, secure, and affordable way to manage global payments.
